Perhaps one of the most enjoyable experiences that I have had shopping, let alone shopping for, of all things, a desk. My experience was profoundly improved by the excellent, timely, and friendly customer and sales support. Bering really, really old it was much easier for me to deal with a human who seemed to intuit what I wanted. I probably ended up with the desk that he wanted, but he made me think I was making the choices. Just a great shopping experience. So, skip the trip to Vail, Chamonix, or Aspen and buy a desk instead.
