If I could give this 10 stars I would. The nurses and CNA's during the whole time have been FANTASTIC. On the 9th floor brittany a CNA. Was so kind and caring, when we needed something she didn't hesitate at all. She did it with a smile on her face. Nina. A nurse on the 9th floor was seriously so great. The was she talked with so much kindness was great. And larissa (9th floor) never got frustrated when I would call and ask a million question. She encouraged me to call as many times as I wanted. Jacob a CNA. One on one person (9th floor as well). Bless his heart. He was stuck with 2 patients one night so bouncing back and forth between the 2 was great. And he never got frustrated or seemed overwhelmed. Zach (nurse on the 9th floor) has been great as well. He would talk and describe things to us in a way that we can understand. Brian in housekeeping was so sweet. And he did such a fantastic job cleaning the room
The other housekeepers who I dealt with while here was seriously so rude! Take lessons from brian please. Thank you all so much. You made the stay so much better for us.
