I hate leaving feedback on websites because I like giving feedback face to face. (Unfortunately the front desk team didn t want to follow up with their service when I walked in to a rushed appointment). I absolutely love the back of house team. I want to recognize Ang the dental hygienist at this location. She s amazing and definitely deserves high praise. I wasn t having a great experience with the front desk team due to scheduling errors and bad service. Ang wouldn t allow me to leave unhappy, she asked about my experience and addressed my concerns. I would only return due to her service and great communication skills. I d be happy to follow up with a manager and give proper feedback so that other clients won t have any issues with scheduling in the future. Thank you again Ang for being wonderful and I hope to work with you again soon.
