I began my search for a new 2013 Honda Ridgeline S...

I began my search for a new 2013 Honda Ridgeline Sport (Black Interior and Exterior) about 2 weeks ago. I had my mind set on exactly what I wanted. After visiting 3 other dealerships, who either could not offer me the price I was looking for or failed to treat me like a respected customer, I decided to give Planet Honda in Union, NJ a try.

I first stepped into Planet Honda about 10 days ago and met with Locksley (Salesman). He was extremely helpful with getting me all of the information I needed about the vehicle I wanted and helped walk me through the process of picking and pricing out the accessories I wanted. I was not ready to buy this day so we did not close a deal.

About five days later, I went back and was able to work out a tentative deal with Locksley and his Manager, Jay. They did not have the Ridgeline Sport in stock in Black, so Jay promised me he would be able to get one in ASAP. I received a call 2 days later from Jay. He told me they had obtained the vehicle I wanted and that my accessories were all ready and I could pick it up the next day. I had two busy days planned so I went to the dealership 2 days later and here I am today with my new 2013 Honda Ridgeline Sport in all Black.

The paperwork process was extremely easy. Locksley and Jay immediately got all of the paperwork going and I sat down to meet with Delio, a finance specialist. Delio was able to give me extremely detailed information about extended warranties and was a real help in answering all of my questions. Although I chose not to take an extended warranty, Delio was able to give me the information I needed to make a decision, without going overboard trying to convince me to take it.

I was in and out of the store within 2 hours with my new Truck.
