I am deeply saddened about my cat going missing. So i rang up my local council to see if anyone had handed him in. I rang three times in total and no one was available to answer the phone. Which resorted to me emailing them a picture of him and a short little paragraph saying that i just want to know if he had been handed in in the last few days of it anyone had run him over or something. I hate emailing at the best of times. So after emailing them to see if anyone had handed my cat in or has seen him. They asked me if he was microchipped and it turns out that animals have to be microchipped for them to be reported? So i still have no clue weather my cat is alive or dead, because Rossendale council wouldn't give me any information apart from useless information.
Absolutely horrible!
