Dream crushing sales exprience.

BMWs sell themselves apperently at BMW London, the sales experience is as if they had self serve Mc donalds kiosks instead of offices.

- the floor staff seem to be nonexistant as we had to ask the receptionist to call one in for us.

- the sales rep that took on our case did not seem interested at all to sell us a vehicle nor willing to negotiate beyond letting us know that we should perhaps " look into a lower tier vehicle" or remove options to "fit our budget".
- they are very conservative on trade - in estimates.

on a positive note, the dealership is well designed and intuitive, kudos to the Architech and site planner.

I have yet to experience the autoservice side of things, but I do sincerly hope that they are a notch better then their sales division.
