4 tiny tiny tacos and a tamale; $12. Left hungry rather than spend another $12. Basilio's earned $12 of my dollars this year instead of $100. POOR VALUE. Can't wait til another Taco truck comes around and the good people of Boise realize Basilio's is laughing at you. Believe it. They are laughing at you.
