These guys took care of me!

I flew cross country to buy a used sprinter and drive back to Seattle. The transmission was having some issues out the gate, getting stuck in limp mode while driving on the freeway. During my entire drive cross country the people at Mercedes-Benz stayed in contact with me, checked up on me and reassured me that if the van was not running as expected that they would make it right. Special thanks to a Emil Johic for all your help and being so personable.

I bought the van AS IS and did not buy an extended warranty. Mercedes-Benz of Chicago was not responsible for me whatsoever after I drove away nor was it their fault it was having issues. It was just a bad trade-in and the issue didn't come up until I put some miles on it. It wasn't until 2000 miles down the road when the transmission finally failed driving through Missoula Montana we're luckily there was another Mercedes-Benz dealership and an airport. Mercedes-Benz of Chicago worked with Mercedes of Missoula to get me a new transmission! These guys went out of their way to take care of me bigtime, well after the sale. I am very grateful I bought my van through them. Five stars all day!
