What a joke! They call themselves a primary care p...

What a joke! They call themselves a primary care provider but never do anything besides send out referrals. Scheduling labs or x-rays is a joke. Keep being told I'll get a call to make an appt but then when I call to make it since they didn't call. They say we'll call when the results come back. How can u get results if u don't have appts? Filling out a medical release for x-rays and then the staff keeps calling saying we never received them. Why do I have to be the middle person and do their job too?

The only person I liked there was Rachel Oritz in women's health but due to covid-19, she is unable to return and i'm told i'm unable to see her at another clinic within Cherokee Health.
