My family had been email this dealership for a couple days, back and forth, about a car we wanted to buy. We set up an appointment the day before and when we arrived the next day to test drive the car, we were not met by our "online sales representative" and were handed over to some other guy who was training another guy, none of whom had any idea why we were there. After several miscommunications and wasted elevator rides, they found out what we were looking for and started looking for it while we waited in the lobby, calling other shops and dealers. After a couple minutes watching their commercials, they let us know the car had been sold, but they did have some more expensive ones to look at. Classic dealership move.
