Unfortunately, we had not booked the expensive surcharge for the rooms with lake view. The location and views are lovely. The pool is big enough and with lake view. Unfortunately a bit dirty. We had the day a beautiful rainbow. Almost everything was fantastic, if not the underground bad and unresponsive front desk service had left a black mark on our vacation trip. To the management of the hotel: Please Respectful treatment with guests: The customer has always been king and will always be. Thank you!
