Purchased a certified pre-owned Sienna from Nancy and she said oil changes were included every 10,000 miles. Told me multiple times. We drive out of our way to use this location for our free oil change only to find out she lied during the sale. No free oil change. Bait-and-Switch. I ve bought 3 other vehicles at different Lou Fusz dealerships and unfortunately due to this tactic, I will be not buying another one from them.
