My husband and I have never used a moving company ...

My husband and I have never used a moving company until we used Marrins' Mooving. We had a small issue with the size of the truck that we requested due to us both being in the military with tons of stuff, but the problem was fixed promptly.
My husband had a great line of communication with the company while we were moving which was nice! The men who moved our furniture were very friendly and wrapped everything amazingly. Nothing in our move was broken and they were able to haul a deep freezer full of items up three flights of stairs. I was truly amazing by the hard work of these gentlemen and I appreciate all they did for us during the move.
I do wish that we had someone visit our apartment before we officially booked the move, so that when we said we have TONS of items they would have realized how much. That was lack of communication on my part, I probably could have asked them to and they would have. I had just never used a moving company before, so I wasn't sure what was normal & not normal.

Overall, our experience was great. When we move into our forever home in a year or two, we will use Marrins' Moving!
