Obsoletely the worst service I have every experienced..
Disgusting customer service with a don't care attitude.
Whoever "Wahl (sp?) is - supposably a manger? Should be sent on some sort of customer service training.
He even canned Chrysler head office - "bunch of Idiots" and "I do not care what they say" or "what the their website says".
I understand the dealership is family owned - well I would be extremely worried about my business if I had people like these on my payroll.
