Well, i had stay in your resort previously and my family love it very much! My son love the surrounding environment, the fish spa best of all, and my my wife love the massage. i would rate the hotel 10 if not of one of our room the Junior suite aircon is faulty in one side (your technician may have closed the damper resulting no airflow in one louver).
It will be good that if there is a access door between the living/bedroom, just my proposal.
