Location along the boardwalk was good and hotel was maintained and clean.
Customer service was horrible.
The room we first had was not receiving wireless service and when i called the desk they tried to have me call there service provider.
I informed them that it is there issue so they should resolve the problem and not expect me as there paying customer to have to deal with there problem.
They then asked if I would be willing to change rooms so I informed them I would as I was not paying $200 per night for a room without the advertised wireless.
They then said I could come down and get keys for another room.
This hotel has employees standing around every where waiting to be handed a tip. I would think someone should have came with a cart to help us with the move from tower 3 to tower 1. We had 2 young children and alot of luggage. This hotel is a very weak 3 star at best.
