I had a fantastic experience of buying a new Honda...

I had a fantastic experience of buying a new Honda Accord 2020 with First Texas Honda. I bought the car few weeks back and in these times of COVID pandemic i was very much insistent on a completely "CONTACTLESS" experience. I did my entire transaction without ever visiting the dealership once and neither doing a test drive. This was all possible due to the excellent co-operation from Sales Performance Manager Bill Ford and Product Specialist Baha Yildrim, who worked with me on this throughout the entire process

I did my price negotiations with Bill over email. I was also going to trade-in my older Honda accord and since i could not take it over to the dealership for them to take a look, i instead send them pictures along with some details about maintenance and condition of the car and Bill was able to come up with a "sight unseen" price for the trade-in (subject to finalizing when they could come to pick it up and actually look at it and test drive it) and this was factored into my final OTD price on the car which we agreed upon through email.

After we agreed on a price, Baha contacted me and set up time for video call with himself and Finance in order to complete all the paperwork and money transaction. The video call went very smoothly where the finance manager explained me all my options and i settled down on a package that worked for me. Once the video call was done and paperwork signed, Baha then took the car for tinting (i had paid extra to get it tinted) and detailing and 3 hours later he was outside my house with the new car. He dropped off some more paperwork outside my front door since it needed wet signature and also picked my old Honda accord keys that i had put outside the door to check out my old vehicle. While he was doing that, i took the papers inside the house, signed them and put them back outside the door and texted Baha that paperwork was done. Baha gave me the green signal that my older vehicle checked out fine and he had dropped off the keys to my new car outside the door, thanked me for the purchase and let me know to contact him for any questions that might come up as i started to drive my new car.

Afterwards Baha also sent me a link to Honda link where there were videos on all the features on my new car.

All in all i achieved 100% CONTACTLESS TRANSACTION LIKE I HAD WANTED in these COVID times and was only possible due to the excellent staff at First Texas Honda namely Bill Ford and Baha Yildrim.

I would highly recommend this Honda dealership for anyone interested in buying a Honda.
