I stayed at the grand residence in spring of 2019 ...

I stayed at the grand residence in spring of 2019 in a two bedroom condo. The hotel has great access to the mountain. However, I ran into many service, safety and security issues during my stay. First, The valet is not set up for the number of guests. It took over 45 minutes to get my car on day one, and one hour and 45 minutes to get my car on day two, all when the hotel suggested 15 minutes advance notice. Second, when checking out, the valet staff put all of my items in a unlocked room in the lobby area. They gave us access to this room with many others completely unprotected. Third and final, there is no lock in the men s and women s locker rooms, and I had a significant theft from a locked locker at this property. What I learned is that the hotel is not responsible for any stolen property on premise. In summary, great location but unsafe environment and therefore I would not be willing to take my family to this location. I am also not convinced the hotel leadership is aware or concerned about the safety issues.
