Dangerous place to work. Children give staff concussions, kick them in the eyes, threw heavy stack of robots at someone and made her neck bleed forcing her to the hospital, almost killed someone by choking her and ruining a vessel in her neck. Staff are not properly trained... No cameras or accident reports. Told to call 'assist' for help but director said she would not be helping if called because she didn't want to ruin her clothes. Always in 'crisis' mode where there is only yelling, crying, and violence in all the rooms and hallways. This is literally a normal day and when a clinical psychologist offered suggestions, supervisors said there's no money for providing the kids with a calmer environment.

The kids don't learn anything, and staff is underpaid basically working in a mental hospital/prison where Management is just collecting money from parents. .
