I took my car in because there was an issue with the AC. I was told there was a leak and had to order the part, cool no problem. A few days went by, and the part finally came in... Dropped it off on Tuesday 06/23 I was told I'd have it back the day, I had to call to find out it was going to be done on Wednesday, okay I get it there's a lot of other cars to work on. Every day was the same answer 'it will be done today" It's now Saturday 06/27 and I still don't have my car... Noboday offered a loaner car or rental car... Nobody said that the service place was closed on the weekends. So I had to go somewhere else to rent a car. I went there earlier (not knowing they were closed because nothing was mentioned or posted) and the sales man or whoever he was said "I'll get someone to call you about what can be done" at 9am... never got a call... so I called them "you'll have to wait until Monday to see what can be done. Because we can't do anything. The service is closed on weekends because of covid" well.. why is it a note can be posted "masks needed from this point on" but nothing else..
I'll 100% be taking my business across the street to champion because at least they know what's going on and can stand by their word on when a car will be done and not to mention they have better customer communication skills. I should have gone there in the first place, but at least I learned from my mistake..
So yeah.. I went off on them because it's ridiculous that I have to be the one to check on my car (after 4+ hours of it being there) otherwise I wouldn't hear about it at all..
