Service is getting worse. Previously at dealer was maintenance incl. MOT, but since acquisition by Louwman pay 29.95 extra for this. Recently also a ridiculously high price difference of 272.00 for winter tires incl. Rims. Obviously purchased elsewhere. A recall regarding the airbag has also been open for a number of years, but that problem has still not been resolved and there is always a different excuse. Hopefully there will be no accidents, because without an airbag it can sometimes prove fatal. Maybe looking for another garage. Next car will probably no longer be a Toyota. And now it is again difficult to schedule an appointment, which was previously possible directly at the location. But that must now be done through central customer service, which their customers do not know. I have had enough of that so-called "service". During my previous visit to the dealer in question, I already indicated that I did not want to contact a call center, but apparently Louwman had a crush on the wishes of their customers.
