I think I should update this since they rebated me. I think they did this because of my review, that's why I will only give them a 2. I dont know if there customer service has changed so they're still on the hook for that.

Terrible outsourced customer service! My first trip fee was manipulated to counter a $5 dollar discount. Was charged a toll fee and the original fare was increased to equal a grand total of $5. Its ridiculous that a company of this stature would resort to such petty tactics.
