We had the absolute worst experience with this agency!
It started with a dishonest and manipulative agent. We assumed we had just landed up with a bad agent and we tried to escalate the issue to management in the hopes of continuing to work with them! We soon realized the problems ran right to the top of this agency!
All they care about is making a quick Dollar - and couldn t care less about potential clients!
I did try to resolve the issue and I reached out to their president. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the President spent weeks pushing us to the side and trying to get us to work with this broker that I had advised her was dishonest and that had mislead us.
A company that clearly has no interest in resolving client issues when it doesn't suit them.
