Ordered books told they were in stock and would receive in 7 to 10 days. Called back after 2 weeks and told only mailed 2 days before wait 7 to 10 days. At no point were any apologies offered just told it was a busy time. Four weeks after I ordered still no sign of books. People answering phones need a course in customer service.
