I have been waiting for a parcel for 3 weeks.
From June 28 they tell me "we are in delivery today", except then not to pass.
They falsify the tracking claiming that they have not found anyone (in a shop open 9-20 even on Saturdays).
Bad customer service: many words, apologies, incompetences, sometimes they even attack the phone in your face.
Never again with you, but had this type of problem with other couriers.
