This was my first visit to this dealer. Engine light was on and I wanted an oil change. My car needed a catalytic converter and was supposed to take one day. Well 3 days later they asked me if I wanted a loaner! So I contacted the manager who had my car ready next day. Next problem was my engine light was on saying 30% oil. Other lights began to come on too. So I called and had to go back to have light reset. Then rep tells me the other lights are on because I need more work because my car is so many thousand miles but I pointed out that my car doesn't have that mileage. Other lights also went off with the reset. He had a bad attitude because I complained. They later emailed me about my experience and after I told them via email, the reply was that I was a good sport. I have nothing against this dealership. I just wanted my car fixed. So my experience here was not good at all.
