Extremely frustrated with the office. I see Dr. Lewis who is great and with whom I trust with my dental care. However, I was able to get an appointment once they reopened since closing for covid. I had called the emergency dr during the covid closure due to pain and we decided my work could wait. When I showed up for my appointment for which I booked stating I NEEDED WORK DONE and was very clear of needing filling work, I was assessed and dr Lewis told me I needed some fillings... THANKS.. work was refused as my appointment was booked as an emergency assessment. No time. Reschedule to have work done. The ball was dropped somehow. I will continue to use the office but with great frustration as making appointments is more than difficult with my work schedule.
