Fine place to study, until one of the employees is...

Fine place to study, until one of the employees is called, or one of them is asked something. Then they just start talking loudly with the person calling, asking something. I do not understand that. I think that a library should be a place of silence in which both visitors and staff members observe silence, and therefore, if there is necessarily speaking, do so with a low volume of voice. For the rest, nice place, otherwise very nice and friendly staff.
