We reserved the 9am spot 3 days ahead on their website and were charged for it. A tropical storm was coming. We and our hotel called multiple times to confirm but only got voicemail. We paid for the taxi ride up there. They called us minutes before we arrived and said they had been calling us to reschedule (i didn't have a single voicemail, missed call, or email). They told us they needed to switch us to noon because we were the only 2 booked for 9am. I cancelled and they said i would get a refund. I'm hoping that comes through.
