I have known and have been working with AIC since ...

I have known and have been working with AIC since its inception. I know this company inside and out and I know that they strive to serve all clients AND claimants respectfully and fairly. There are many issues that go into a claim, especially how quickly they get ALL information as well as some occasional phone tag. I have never heard ANY of these complaints from my clients (I am an Independent Insurance Agent) and believe that, based on my experiences, AIC strives for fairness and superior customer service. Does it happen on EVERY claim? Odds are every company has an occasional opportunity to make a mistake but my observation is that AIC strives to be one of the best.
