We brought our 2018 Atlas in for its'' 20,000 mile oil change and maintenance. Tires were not rotated, despite pointing out the uneven wear on the tires. Service advisor recommended some oil additive and we declined - it''s not mentioned on the invoice what was offered and that we declined. When we dropped off the vehicle, we were asked if we wanted the vehicle washed, we said yes. Vehicle was at the dealership Sat-Sun-Mon and when we picked up Tuesday, it had not been washed. This is the same thing that happens every visit, why bother asking when you don''t do it?! These seem like small issues, but when we purchased the car, we specifically asked about the service department and were told how wonderful they are (obviously, you''re not going to tell someone that the service sucks, I guess). However, specifically, we were told that when we drop it off for service, the it would be returned to us "like new" - washed and detailed and that is just part of the LHM VW experience. Anything to sell a vehicle, right? I love my Atlas but when it''s time for a new one, I won''t be purchasing it from this dealership. Too much hype and not a bit of follow through.
