Contacted them for ceiling fan installation. the service was scheduled for early afternoon. instead the customer service called me that technician is overwhelmed and cannot make it. so they rescheduled me for next week, Unfortunately technician did not showed up again. Custumer service called me again with the same excuse and wanted to reschedule me one more time. That was so absurd and so unprofessional. I am totally disappointed and surprised with such a lock of professionalism.
