Made an appt 2 replace front & rear tyres, placed order & agreed on price & time. Arrive at store opening to find no mechanic on site and they have only ordered the rear, mechanic arrives 15 minutes after opening.

No apology was offered by them, just a half blank look of I don't know what to do or say.

This is the second time I have experienced this poor service delivery so there won't be a third, sadly they appear to be the friendliest bunch i've run into for some time but when i'm sick as a dog and drag my butt out of bed to get new tyres friendly doesn't get it done.
