The ER for children and pediatrics was horrible. We waited over 6 hours waiting to see a doctor and none where available. Rude, obnoxious RN named Shane. Also the Hospital administrators don't care about what is happening in there own hospitals. Three days of follow up calls and no one calls you back. When you do talk to someone they tell you it will be investigated and a letter will go out to let you now what they have or not done. Really!!! My daughter was in need of immediate care and after 6 hours nearly we had to go elsewhere!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had to give it one star just get my review in. Should be negative stars available.
