We arrived and were greeted right away. The guy we had spoken to over the phone was helping another customer so we waited for him. He went out in the rain to get us the cars we wanted to test drive. Chad Fugler is our salesman and it was the least painful experience at the dealerships we have ever encountered. We have walked in many others and been completely ignored. Our paperwork was done in a timely manner we had great conversations with our salesman and other employees. It was very to the point and we were out of there shortly after beginning paperwork. Chad cleaned up the car and drove it out the showroom showed us everything in the car and went over how the controls work and connected my phone before driving off. Thanks Chad Fugler you are awesome! I absolutely love my new car!
