Today 12/17 was legitimately the worst customer service we have experienced in Austin to date. We had a specific ask that was not addressed (dog hair), and went back after paying and tipping to politely ask why it had not been removed. The manager looked at us as if we were wasting his time, and told us that we needed to pay for additional service. Provided we were already against the clock, we called to discuss our concern with management. After time spent on hold and passing of the phone, we expressed our discontent and stating our intent to leave a bad review, to which they replied; "do yourselves a favor and don't come back." Poor form. New staff would go a long way. Unfortunately our network will be taking our business elsewhere (H2O on Barton Springs). I'm remiss for not remaining loyal to great customer service.
