My daughters went there to get tattoos and were told they needed to make an appointment for another day. They talked about making an appointment but weren t sure the other date would work for all of them. The guy at the counter told them that if they cancelled more than 24 hours ahead of time then they would get their deposit back so they agreed. When my daughter gave a $50 bill for the $40 deposit and asked for $10 back the guy said let s just keep it all and apply it towards your tattoo. My daughter didn t want to argue so went along with it again saying they would get their deposit back if they cancelled over 24 hours ahead of time. However, when she called over 2 days ahead of time to say they couldn t all make that day, they told her she could not get her deposit back. When she said she was told she would get it back if it was 24 hours prior, the guy said, Sweetheart, that s not how we do things here in a rude and condescending way. Clearly, they took the whole $50 dollar bill knowing they were worried that date wouldn t work for them so they could then pocket the whole thing. Poor customer service, lied about the deposit to take advantage of young girls and rude. Lost future business here!
