Horrible experience, awful and fraudulent customer service, both employees my wife dealt with were rude, ill-tempered, and impatient.. My wife went in for a livescan, it was badly done and the business refused to do business in good faith or refund on their bad work. They charged us twice for the same job and used excuses to delay making good on their work and outright refused a refund when presented with an official letter on why the livescan was rejected by the DOJ. Do not go here, they will rip you off and they yelled at my wife. Horrible people who will nickel and dime a customer and who value a one-time exchange over a trusted long-term relationship. Don't trust your business with this place if you value your time and need it done right the first time. Shame on them for doing business this way, especially when local schools have them on their referral list. We will be sure to report our experiences to our child's school and to other parents to make sure they don't do the same to other parents/families in our area.
