Review of Hotel NH Schiphol Airport

I think that this hotel is for the transit travele...

I think that this hotel is for the transit travelers who stay for just 1 night.
The room was very cold even though I set the temperature to the max. My colleague did complain about it too.
And some staffs in the front desk are very rude...I felt that I was being racist.
It was the worst emotional experience ever.
Hopefully they will reflect on themselves.
