I had trauma to my left eye when I was young. My cornea was split in an accident and had to be sutured, which left scar tissue. My eyesight has always been bad. -4 diopter in one eye and -6 in the other. When I asked my Eye Dr about lasik he suggested PRK in my left due to the scar and that Dr Lindstrom could cut a lot of the scar out at the same time. Its been a year and I have 20/20 in my right eye and 20/25 in my traumatized eye. I couldn't be happier. One of the best decision I made
