Avoid this company and website at all costs...
They get you on an auto sign up after your contract ends called "Do it for you" contract, which i didn't notice at the time, (my fault, always check carefully). I got a renewal notice from Opus giving me details of my new three year contract, the rates were atrocious and would have cost us thousands over the three year period as we have quite high usage. Luckily I got the contract rescinded as I hadn't received any email or contact from Make it Cheaper / also known as Bionic. I went direct and got for a fraction of the price but everywhere I'd looked was cheaper than the contract I was unaware I'd signed up for. A very lucky escape.
Clearly reading the reviews and talking to providers this is something they are well known for..
