We needed a replacement computer. Tom at Virgil Computers diagnosed the problem at our home the same day that we called, recommended and delivered a new replacement within 2 business days, and devoted nearly 2 hours to familiarize us with Windows 10 and its applications...all at VERY reasonable expense. I've used Virgil Computers before. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will never go anywhere else again.
