Horrible. Let your weeks float, hardly listen to worried messages about the neighborhood / residents and / or dangerous situations in the building, do not provide clarity when you ask a question, make appointments with new residents without informing you, respond 5 to 6 weeks later and only when you send them the 5th mail ("sorry, colleague was on vacation". Nonsense, it was the customer service address). What a lousy organization. It is that they are virtually everywhere encounter in Veenendaal when looking for social housing, but if you can pay more or the difference per month are not too large, choose to rent privately. Or go for the Veenendaalse Woonstichting housing cooperative.
