That's all I can not cancel my dog's insurance before the two-month anniversary of the contract so basically it's them who decides what I'm doing with my money! Very disappointed over 1 year for a refund after multiple call and now I have no right to cancel my contract. After 3 years of insurance chz them dues that increases every year by almost 10th in 3 years this insurance is a masquerade. .
