Jeannie Mucklestone is awesome! I am giving her 5 stars because she did her job very well, I was infromed of what was going on, any and all questions were answered, and I was always responded too in a timely manner. Only an ignorant person would rate her less than 5 star based on the fact that they had to spend a little more money. In the long run you would still save on your insurance, and have a clean record. Don't be stupid, You have to pay for results, nothing is free. So again, 5 stars because the idea of rating things is to help others know what kind of a service is provided, which the service is awesome! Not 3 stars based on the fact that I wish it cost me less money. It would be my own stupidity for employing a service if I didn't want to spend the money.
