Still getting bills four months later, after I sent a check for the full amount and confirmed with a rep over the phone that I had paid in full (after they sent a bill, after they deposited my check!). Billing and customer service close after 4:30, so good luck talking to anyone if you actually have a normal job. Either they're intentionally trying to get people to double pay, or they actually don't know who owes them money and who doesn't.
