The place looks pretty nice at first glance, but then you start to notice the hairs in the beds and the stains on the curtains and the general lack of hotel-appropriate cleanliness. I'm giving two stars for the comfy bed and their liberality with handing out towels, but they charged over $300 a night for a suite that had a kitchen but no sugar/salt/tea and a floor that made the bottoms of my feet black with filth in seconds. The headboards are the kind that slam into the wall and rattle if you so much as sit on the bed. The walls are paper thin and you can hear carts rattling down the hallway all night. The WiFi is absolutely terrible and connected about 5% of the time. Oh yeah, and they didn't change any sheets but they did steal our allergy pillow covers and the concierge was utterly unhelpful. We'll have to buy new ones. Bottom line? It's waaaay too expensive for what you get. I would not stay here again.
