After relying on AirBnb my last 8 trips through 5 different countries I was F U R T A D O by the AirBnb host and no one took ANY action. From a great client who has already spent almost R $ 100,000.00 on daily rates with AirBnb to a client with deadly hatred.

In the B.O. the property's caretaker said that RECURRING THEFT was happening and that I was yet another victim. Madrid police were called in to investigate the case.

AirBnb continues to advertise this property on its platform and is not concerned with LESAR new customers.
