My air conditioning broke last fall. I decided to wait until this spring to replace it since the furnace was working. I got quotes from at least 10 companies. Custom Air's quote was the one I chose. It wasn't the cheapest but Ty (my salesperson) provided a complete and thorough estimate. He responded to all of my questions and I had many.
He provided choices for my new system and didn't push me to buy a more expensive unit.

Tyler and Cory completed the installation earlier this week. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were some issues with the existing furnace venting in my basement. Ty came up with a solution and Tyler and Cory did a perfect job implementing it. It looks better than I expected. Tyler and Cory showed me how to use the thermostat and gave me some pointers on the outside A/C unit.

The day after the installation, Bonnie called to make sure that I was happy with the installation (I am). When needed, I will purchase a service contract with Custom AIr. I highly recommend this company.
