This place looked so nice online don't be fooled! My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. First night we came in it was 98 out and the air was off. We turned it on high and left it for 2 hours for dinner and exploring when we came back the room was still so hot. It took till the next morning for it to start to cool down. They gave us one towel and when we asked for more they blew us off till we went down stairs and asked again. We were told they were out and to come back at 5pm. When we came back they said they didn't have any and come back at 10pm. When we came back he gave us one little towel and one bath towel and told us that's all they have. On day three we asked for more towels and they still didn't have any. The room was still so hot and I asked the man down stairs to look at it. He told me the units don't work on high and freeze up if you do put them on high. He told me to turn it down to low and that it would work better. He was right! Now our room is cooler but not what it should be. If you ask for them to bring anything to the room like a don't disturb sign they tell you to come down and get it. House keeping starts at 8:30 so no sleeping in if you want fresh towels and bed made. After waking up early we still didn't get any towels from house keeping. The toilet flushes on its own. Save your money and go to a place that wants your business and wants you to enjoy your time.
